- Interface has fields for Site URL, Master Password and Generated Password. After the user completes the Site URL and Master Password (password field) and keys to the Generated Password field, the field is populated with the generated password.
- Once the Generated Password field is populated, the text should be pre-selected so that it can be easily copied to the clip-board.
- Generated Password is based on an MD5 hash of the Site URL and the Master Password.
- Recently used Site URL values are stored and easily retrieved for re-use.
- Generated Password is based on an SHA-1 hash of the Site URL and the Master Password.
- Generated Password is based on an SHA-1 hash of the Site URL and the Master Password, but forces the last two characters to be '1a'.
- Interface includes a way to switch to between the different types of generated passwords.
- Setting to hold the default generation algorithm. Includes the option to remember previously used algorithm.
- Optional setting to have the generated password placed automatically on the clipboard.
